Everyone who contacts Elsewherepitch Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect in return. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, raise it with the contractor first and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Elsewherepitch Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a contractor or act on a contractor's behalf.
Email contact@elsewherepitch.living and include:
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle the matter, answer it and ask us to review again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with issues involving licensed contractors.
